We had a great stay here during the trip. Location was marvellous and lovely, in the middle of the city. Plus it was close to Brighouse, the centre of the town, and a dual carriageway.

The bathroom was dirty.

Spent here 2 good nights, no better place to stay. Staff were affable any time of the day. I thoroughly enjoyed reasonably large rooms with the bedroom. Location was amazing and magnificent, just next door to the shops, and the town centre. And I was located near a dual carriageway.

It is also centrally located, making it easy to access everything we needed. the customer service provided by the staff was great, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One negative aspect was the lack of a mirror in the bathroom, making it difficult for shaving and grooming.

I had a great experience staying at the Willows. the location was very convenient and close to all amenities in the area. the accommodation was excellent value for money and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the room and bathroom. the shared kitchen and lounge area were well-presented and equipped, although I did not personally use them. the owner was extremely helpful and even provided a key fob for the electronic door entry system, which was easier for me to use. I highly recommend the Willows and would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.

My room at The Willows was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a fully functioning bathroom. I especially appreciated the fact that the wifi signal reached all the way up to my attic room, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me when I had trouble getting in late at night. I had a pleasant experience at The Willows and would recommend it to others.
